         Contractor within three days an injury to an employee 
         or agent of the Subcontractor which occurred at the

         surrounding area free from accumulation of waste 
         materials or rubbish caused by operations performed 
         under this Subcontract.

         will be free from defects, except for those inherent in 
         the quality of the Work the Subcontracts Documents 
         require or permit.  
         Remedies for Nonpayment: If the Contractor does not       AIA401 (4.7)                 AIA401 (4.8)  
         pay the Subcontractor through no fault of the 
         Subcontractor, within seven days … (through) Work of 
         this Subcontract until payment of the amount owing 
         has been received.
