Damaged Library Book Notice

Your child has returned a book to the library that was damaged while checked out in his or her
name.
Noted Damage: (Severed Spine, Ink Markings, Missing Pages, Ripped Pages, Missing Dust
Jacket, Torn Covers)
We must ask that the book be paid for, since it cannot successfully be repaired. Damaged book
fees must be paid by the end of the school year before the release the final report card. Checks
may be made out to St. William of York Catholic, or cash in the amount noted below will be
accepted.
