NOTES TO PART 2:
Table 1:
Record the total expenditure by the PCT in respect of each hospice or SPC unit that provides
services for the PCT population
Table 2:
Expenditure should be included in respect of any NHS SPC community team not included in
Table 1 or any voluntary managed team, eg Marie Curie Nursing Service
Table 3:
This Table is intended to include expenditure on SPC Hospital Support Teams. Given that
expenditure by acute trusts on these services is non-tariff, it is recognised that exact details
may not be readily available. If that is the case, please provide an estimate of costs based on
the staff costs of any teams that provide services to PCT residents
