                   Introduction
                   The Seller Data Requirements List (SDRL) identifies Seller Data Item requirements in 
                   support of the Joint High Speed Vessel (JHSV) program.  Emergent issues that are not 
                   addressed herein or otherwise provided for in source documents shall be referred to 
                   Austal USA Buyer. Data shall be provided under this Purchase Order/Subcontract.
                   NOTICE:
                   All Sellers who have interest in utilizing foreign resources for the purposes of supplying
                   equipment, materials, and/or services are hereby notified that information contained 
                   within the Purchase Order/Subcontract, to include all attachments, amendments, or 
                   any other information that is posted with a Purchase Order/Subcontract is subject to 
                   the International Traffic in Arms Regulation. Defense-related information of any kind 
                   may not be exported without the explicit permission via export license from the United

                   A CERTIFICATE OF IDENTICALITY (COI) provides the Buyer with the Seller’s certification 
                   that the equipment being provided, together with the drawings and all other 
                   documentation (particularly the provisioning piece parts and technical manual), is 
                   identical in all respects to the equipment and the documentation previously 
                   provided by the Seller to the U.S. Government or U.S. Government supplier. The Seller 
                   also certifies the documentation to support the qualification requirements has been 
                   approved and is available.

         A separate COI shall be prepared for each line item of equipment/material on the 
         purchase order. It the item is a set of complex material, the supplier shall provide a 
         separate certificate for each major component as applicable.
         If the Seller cannot certify the equipment and documentation is identical to that 
         previously provided by the Seller, then the Seller shall perform the qualifications and 
         provide the documentation required to obtain the appropriate Government approvals.
         Careful preparation of the COI for identical equipment will eliminate the requirement 
         for the Seller to resubmit documentation.
         Using the COI form attached hereto, complete the form, attach the documentation 
         required, and ensure it is signed by the proper signatory authority.  Creating a new 
         form, even if the information is the same is not suggested and may result in an SDRL 
         rejection.
          All parts, I, II, and, III must have seller furnished answers.  There are only three fields that
          a seller may not have the correct information to add: the Hardware Specification Number
          field, the APL/CID/AEL# field and the Technical Manual Identification No. (TMIN) field.
