        FEE  CONCESSION  FOR  DESERVING  SC/ST/SEBC/MINORITY ASPIRANTS 
        We provide fee concession for deserving SC/ST/SEBC/Minority candidates. The interested candidates are 
        required to mention in the Application Form and need to go through counseling and online test. The candidate 
        would be notified about it after receiving the required details. 
         
        ACCOMODATION  FACILITES:
        There are low cost accommodations available on rent in the vicinity of Kalinga Vihar/Kalinga Nagar in 
        Bhubaneswar City. Catering Services are available. The candidates need to manage their food and stay.

       SCOPE/ELIGIBILTY OF CSE:
       The IAS exam (officially known as the Civil Services Examination) is the top level exam for prestigious services 
       conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Many consider this exam as the toughest exam in 
       India and even in the world too. There are about 24 prestigious civil services such as Indian Administrative 
       Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Indian Foreign Service (IFS); which come under the Civil 
       Services Exam.
          ·  The Indian Administrative Service (IAS) is an all India administrative civil service; IAS officers have 
             significant and strategic positions in the Union Government, States and public-sector enterprises.
          ·  India follows a Parliamentary system of government, and the bureaucracy forms an inseparable part of the 
             executive branch of the Government and provides stability and objectivity to the administration
