         The Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix Internal Medicine has been caring for 
         patients since 1996. Our highly qualified physicians care for patients from the ages of 14 
         and older and provide preventive care and treatment of complex chronic illnesses. All of 
         our attending physicians are board-certified in Internal Medicine.

        Patient Advisory Council (PAC)  
        Our PAC meets bi-monthly and serves as a formal mechanism 
        for involving patients & staff in clinic decisions and policy 
        making. Please let us know if you would like to be involved by

        Academic Medical Service (AMS) 
        If you should need to be hospitalized, our physicians work 
        closely with our hospitalists at Banner – University Medical 
        Center Phoenix. Several of our physicians also see patients in 
        the hospital. In an effort to achieve better care coordination, 
        medical records are shared between the inpatient and 
        outpatient setting.
        Specialists
        Our physicians work closely with surgeons and other medical 
        specialists to ensure that each patient’s care is coordinated 
        and comprehensive. We have an in house Podiatrist Brett A. 
        Roeder DPM, FACFAS who is available on Fridays to see 
        patients in our clinic.

        The Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix Internal 
        Medicine is located in the Edwards Medical Plaza, Ste. #508, 
        across the street from Banner – University Medical Center 
        Phoenix on the southwest corner of 12th St. and Willetta St.
        This location is especially convenient for patients who may 
        need to be admitted into the hospital by their physician, or 
        who may need diagnostic testing.
        Free parking is available in the parking structure within and 
        adjacent to the medical plaza.
